making learning fun

There are a variety of ways to make learning fun in engineering. I find that the greatest way to make learning fun and improve your education is to pick the specific field that you are interested in! That means that you have to understand what fields there are available. Engineering is a broad field and nearly everything that may interest you has it’s own separate branch. Make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into!

Changing Directions

Wow! I haven’t touched this blog for such a long time and I used to only work on this to show my academic discourse in order to obtain better grades in class. I’m starting to think that maybe sharing what I’m thinking about might help clear out my head a bit (Which is something I REALLY need right now!) I guess I will continue to share my academic knowledge. An update on what I’ve been doing. Recently I finished up my undergrad degree in civil engineering and I am looking to complete an M.Eng at the University of Toronto.

I also noticed that most of my viewers base is growing somehow! I haven’t posted since 2008 but my viewer per year statistics have nearly quadrupled! Thanks guys.

Its going to be a little different from what I’ve been doing before but hopefully I continue to share my academic knowledge.

Cheers,

Ken

Hello world!

Hi! Welcome to my blog. Feel free to enjoy the several different pages which are linked to the side. This blog contains many pieces of writing, these pages are just categories in which I placed my discourse under. Discourse being “a communication of thoughts through words”.  I hope my work really reflects me as a person and really brings out my skills when writing. Please feel free to browse through the different discourses, aesthetic, civic, personal, workplace, academic, and cross-cultural, and it would be helpful if you looked at the different piece under them as well. Feel free to comment =)

Love, Ken
